LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – In Lexington, there are no certification requirements for recovery homes, but after some neighbors expressed their frustrations, that may be changing by late October.
“The sooner the ordinance is adopted, the sooner operators can start the licensing process and the sooner we can begin holding those who choose not to comply accountable,” District One Council Member Tyler Morton said.
