FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR)- Deputies in Franklin County arrested a man after a firearm was allegedly found inside a child’s backpack at a local day care center.
According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, the firearm was discovered on Monday, October 13, by staff at an unidentified private day care. Deputies were immediately contacted.
