GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A police incident report shows that an assault is under investigation at a Greensboro care facility.
According to that report, police responded to Maple Grove Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on West Meadowview Road on Oct. 9th.
That morning, a 911 call was made to report the alleged assault. The 911 caller stated the victim told them it happened on Oct. 8th. The caller reported that the victim was not bleeding but the victim’s face was swollen.
