HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — A new policy in Madison County now requires residents outside Huntsville city limits to contact Madison County Animal Control before bringing stray animals to Huntsville Animal Services.
Huntsville Animal Services said about 35-40% of its annual intake comes from outside the city.
