MINNEAPOLIS — A man accused of plotting the murder of a Minneapolis real estate agent and mother of two back in 2019 will put his fate in the hands of a jury for a second time starting Tuesday.
Lyndon Wiggins, 40, was convicted of aiding and abetting first-degree murder in the New Year’s Eve shooting death of Monique Baugh, but successfully appealed the verdict. The state Supreme Court ruled that Hennepin County Judge Peter Cahill deviated from standard jury instructions on what aiding and abetting actually means.
