A young woman has been hospitalized in critical condition after she was hit by a work truck Wednesday morning while riding a minibike through a dark intersection on a residential street in west Wichita, police said.
The accident occurred shortly before sunrise at the corner of Lark Lane and Carr Avenue, slightly south of Kellogg, said Wichita Police Lt. Brandon Lenzi.
