Two officers were shot and one person is confirmed dead on the west side of San Antonio Wednesday morning, officials said.
Several police units and first responders are at the scene at Highway 90 and West Military Drive around 8:34 a.m. Traffic cameras show many police cars gathered around a motel on the access road of Highway 90.
