Electric scooter rider’s death not traffic-related, Honolulu police confirm

HONOLULU (Island News) – Authorities have confirmed that a “traffic fatality” previously reported in Kalihi was not, in fact, traffic-related.

Through further investigation, it was determined that the death of the 51-year-old electric scooter rider was not traffic-related, according to the Honolulu Police Department, Traffic Division, Vehicular Homicide Section.
