NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – North Charleston will host its 12th annual Harvest Festival on Saturday, featuring trick-or-treating on the street, costume contests, and various family-friendly activities.
The seasonal celebration, offering free admission and parking, will take place Oct. 18 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in the Olde Village of North Charleston near Park Circle.
