DETROIT, Mich. – Southwest Detroit’s Mexicantown, a vibrant community rich in culture and history, offers a unique blend of food, arts, and community spirit.
Settled by Mexican immigrants in the 1920s, the area officially became known as Mexicantown in the 1980s.
