After suffering through Hurricanes Ian, Helene and Milton, the Fort Myers Beach Bay Oaks Community Rec Center is back open. On Wednesday night, members of the community took tours, enjoyed refreshments, and watched members of the Town Council cut the ribbon to welcome everyne back.
