One person arrested following drug bust in South Carolina

SOUTH CAROLINA — A Charleston man was arrested Wednesday after a traffic stop uncovered a stolen firearm and illegal drugs, according to the North Charleston Police Department.

Police said officers stopped a vehicle near Forest Hills and Dorchester Road after noticing dark window tint and an expired tag. As officers approached, they reported smelling marijuana and observing erratic behavior from the driver, who was not identified as the suspect.

During the stop, Tyorrie Prioleau-Seabrook, 24, of Charleston, was detained after officers recovered a stolen gun that had allegedly been tossed from the vehicle, as well as Oxycodone pills for which he did not have a prescription.
