Woman involved in sting operation sentenced for 12 months

HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) – A woman who was involved in a Huber Heights Police Department sting operation has been sentenced.

Zytiona Johnson has been sentenced to 12 months in prison, and her driver’s license has been suspended for ten years.

She was found guilty of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, as well as receiving stolen property.

The sting operation took place to recover a stolen vehicle that was for sale on Facebook Marketplace. Officers agreed to meet with her at a movie theater, and upon arrival, Johnson refused to leave the vehicle and fled, leading to a pursuit…
