ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A stabbing investigation on Avenue C has resulted in a man’s arrest.
Around 11:50 p.m. Wednesday night, Rochester police found a 57-year-old man on Avenue C with lacerations to his upper torso. He was taken to Strong Hospital and is expected to survive.
