SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Carm’s Dog House is set to open its doors on Nov. 1 in the Byrne Square building in downtown Syracuse. It will operate as a full pet store, carrying food and supplies, plus fish, birds, small mammals, reptiles and more.
The building was purchased two years ago with renovations promised by the new owners.
