BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A 16-year-old who is accused of a shooting during LSU homecoming could be tried as an adult, according to the Office of East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney Hillar Moore.
The teenager appeared in front of Juvenile Court Judge Adam Haney on Wednesday, Oct. 15, and was appointed a public defender.
