Veil and Vault, a new speakeasy coming to downtown Madison this winter, combines a cozy 35-seat bar with a private members-only space.
Courtney McCarty opened Nitro Beverage Lounge with her husband, Ace McCarty, in a West Washington apartment building in February 2023. The couple had the idea for this speakeasy well before that, and eventually found a space in the Saddlery building in the 300 block of East Wilson Street.
