Monday, Oct. 6

Cold Theft: First Street – A winch and a vehicle battery were stolen from a car trailer. Both items were bolted onto the trailer. The total value was approximately $620.

Tuesday, Oct. 7

Shoplifting: Mountain Avenue – A juvenile stole items from a local store. A summons was issued and the juvenile was trespassed from the store.

Third-Degree Assault: Tabor Street – An adult male reported that he was in a physical altercation with his male roommate received a minor injury, causing pain. The roommate fled the area and was unable to be located. A warrant was issued for the male roommate’s arrest.

Driving Under the Influence of Drugs/Warrant Arrest x2: East Highway 56 – A male driver was called in as a REDDI (Report Every Drunk Driver Immediately) at a local gas station. The male did not complete the roadsides as a sober person would. The male was found to have two outstanding warrants from Larimer County. He was issued a summons for the DUID and booked on his warrants…
