ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) — An Albany man is facing 15 years in prison after admitting to climbing into the window of a woman’s apartment and forcing her to perform a sex act.
Lamont Evans pleaded guilty in Albany County Court on Thursday to first-degree rape. Police said Evans broke into a Lancaster Street apartment on June 15 just after 8:30 p.m. The woman, who Evans did not know, was sleeping.
