CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Piles of brush continue to build up outside homes across Chattanooga, as residents and city council members express frustration over what they describe as an ongoing backlog of 311 calls.
We told you Wednesday, some residents told us they put in requests months ago that remain incomplete.
The city reports that nearly 2,300 brush service requests were pending as of the end of September, with most submitted between one and three weeks ago.
