Pinellas County family still not paid $10.2 million in mother’s wrongful death lawsuit

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A Pinellas County family is continuing to fight for justice two years after their mother died, stemming from a fall at an assisted living facility.

They said her death is sparking concerns about how vulnerable seniors are cared for in Florida’s elder care industry.
