WASHINGTON (7News) — Petra Management Group, along with its owners and managers, has agreed to pay $700,000 to resolve a lawsuit by the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) in Washington, D.C.
The lawsuit accused Petra of illegally discriminating against lower-income residents to boost profits, which limited affordable housing options in the District.
