Yesterday, Boston police made a significant drug bust in Dorchester, leading to the arrest of a 39-year-old man. Lawrence Chaney Jr., from Dorchester, was apprehended after a meticulous drug investigation conducted by officers from the Drug Control Units of District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) and E-5 (Roslindale/West Roxbury).
Law enforcement executed search warrants at a residence located at 50 Columbia Road. The operation led to the discovery and seizure of 178 grams of crack cocaine, along with two loaded firearms with defaced serial numbers.
