Proposed settlement could end Charlottesville zoning ordinance lawsuit

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Charlottesville may settle the zoning lawsuit against the city, White v. Charlottesville City Council, without going to trial next year.

There’s a resolution on City Council’s agenda for Monday, October 20, spelling out the terms.
