Felony charge dismissed for Cleveland’s Chief City Planner accused of stealing city time

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The felony theft charge for Cleveland’s Chief City Planner, Kim Scott, was dismissed Wednesday.

She was arrested on October 1st on a fifth-degree felony theft charge, according to Cleveland Municipal Court records.
