State money coming to help once-troubled Fresno mobile home park

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – More money is coming to the city of Fresno to help fight homelessness.

This time, the state is giving $4.9 million to help revitalize what was once a troubled mobile home park.

In 2021, a deadly fire killed a man at the Trails End Mobile Home Park on Blackstone and Sierra Avenues. Since then, the property has gone through a lot of changes. The city took over enforcement, there’s now a new owner, a new name, and now new units are coming…
