Reward offered for info after man found seriously injured in Lancaster County road

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Police are asking the public for help investigating a hit-and-run that left a man seriously injured on a Stevens road.

Officers with the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department responded to reports of a person down in the 100 block of W. Church Road around 10:36 p.m. Sept. 25.

Police arrived to find a 21-year-old Ephrata man in the road with serious injuries to his head, torso, and other parts of his body, and he was unable to communicate what had happened…
