LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A new apartment complex opened this Thursday morning in the Russell Neighborhood as city leaders cut the ribbon on The Eclipse in Russell.
The complex is located on South 29th Street, just a few blocks away from several notable spots such as Norton West Louisville Hospital and the Urban League’s Sports and Learning Complex.
The management website says the complex has a business center, community room and resident food pantry…
