HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged a woman for placing a child at a risk of harm on Thursday.
Carlie Marie Swann, 33, of Conway was charged with unlawful conduct towards a child, according to booking records.
