On October 6, 2025, Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies responded to Poinciana Medical Center after a male juvenile arrived with gunshot wounds. Investigators determined the victim was shot during an attempted robbery in the Bonnet Creek Place area of Kissimmee, where two juveniles tried to steal THC cartridges.
The suspects, 17-year-old Caden Zimish and 17-year-old Jahvon Lawrence, were charged with attempted armed robbery with a firearm, with Lawrence also facing attempted murder charges. Arrest warrants were obtained, and both suspects were taken into custody without incident on October 16 and transported to the Orange County Juvenile Assessment Center.
