RINCON, Ga. (WTOC) – On Monday, October 20, 2025, the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit will temporarily shut down a portion of Highway 21 in Rincon, GA.
These intermittent lane closures will take place on Highway 21 and 4th street in Rincon at 9:30 a.m.
