BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – The Baton Rouge Police Department is asking for help finding a fugitive as part of an investigation.
According to Capital Region Crime Stoppers, Kaheem Diggs, 34, is wanted for the charges of simple criminal damage to property, cruelty to juveniles, and domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.
Officials described Diggs as being 5′9″ and weighing 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
