GERMANTOWN, Wis. (WFRV) – A man from southeastern Wisconsin with an active warrant was arrested during a traffic stop that resulted in the seizure of over 320 prescription pills, cocaine, and Suboxone strips.
According to the Germantown Police Department, an officer patrolling I-41 northbound near Holy Hill Road pulled a vehicle over for having no rear license plate around 9:45 a.m. on October 11.

During the traffic stop, the officer learned that the driver, a 41-year-old man from Milwaukee, had an active warrant through the West Allis Police Department.
The following drugs and items were seized after a K9 gave a positive alert during an open-air sniff of the vehicle:
- Handgun
- 20.84 grams of cocaine
- 25 grams of marijuana
- 320 Gabapentin pills
- 6 Alprazolam pills
- 55 Suboxone strips
- Drug paraphernalia
The driver was arrested and taken to the Washington County Jail on the following charges:
- Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine – Felony
- 2nd or subsequent
- Manufacture or Delivery of Prescription Drugs – Felony
- 2nd or subsequent
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Non-Narcotics – Felony
- 2nd or subsequent
- Possession of THC
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
