A local developer wants to build townhomes in south Augusta across from Hillcrest Memorial Park on land once owned by the cemetery’s founder.
Naresh Punjabi, representing applicant Connect Development LLC and property owner NRP Residential 1 LLC, submitted a rezoning application for nine pieces of property.
