» Man Pleads Guilty to East Baltimore Drive-By Shooting

A Baltimore man accepted a plea in connection to a February shooting in East Baltimore, admitting to his role in a drive-by attack that left one man injured.

Kenneth Jenkins, 23, pleaded guilty to first-degree assault, use of a firearm in a felony or violent crime, and having a handgun in his vehicle during a hearing before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Kimberly C. McBride on Oct. 17. The prosecution also moved to amend one of the counts before Jenkins accepted the plea.
