Hamilton County attorney pleads guilty to three counts of forgery

After pleading guilty to three counts of forgery, which involved faking Hamilton County Chancellor Mellisa Will’s signature, Alan Norton will no longer be allowed to practice law in Tennessee.

However, his attorney tells us, in five years, he’ll be eligible to apply to get his bar license reinstated in Georgia.
