CLEVELAND, Ohio – Expect some additional delays at a new choke point for Interstate 90 on Cleveland’s West Side, starting Friday evening and lasting several weeks.
Eastbound traffic will be reduced to two lanes, and the ramp from West 117th Street south to I-90 east will be closed – both starting at 7 p.m. Friday and lasting through mid-November.
