New Details Emerge in Killing of Retired Auburn Professor

LEE COUNTY, ALA — New details have emerged in the case of a retired Auburn professor who was killed while walking her dog at Kiesel Park last month.

During a preliminary hearing Wednesday, a Lee county judge found probable cause to charge Harold Dabney III with capital murder in the death of Dr. Julie Gard Schnuelle.
