Georgia judge resigns following accusations of DUI outside Wacko’s Gentlemen’s Club

BRUNSWICK, Ga. – A Brunswick Judicial Circuit Superior Court Judge resigned Thursday, more than a week after he was arrested and accused of drunk driving outside of a Jacksonville strip club.

“It has been an honor and privilege to serve the 5 County Brunswick Judicial Circuit,” Robert “Bert” Guy Jr. wrote in a letter obtained by News4JAX and sent to Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp. “I appreciate my remarkable staff and Courthouse personnel and the attorneys and their zealous advocacy for their clients.”

Kemp responded to the letter and accepted the resignation the same day…
