MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An Olive Branch, Mississippi police officer has been arrested after an accusation of fondling, the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office said Friday.
Olive Branch Police Officer Joseph Barbour was arrested Thursday on a fugitive from justice charge related to a DeSoto County warrant for fondling.
He was taken into custody in Memphis and awaits extradition back to DeSoto County…
