A judge this week dismissed a misdemeanor charge against a small town court worker caught on video brandishing a gun outside city hall after a clash with a resident.
Tanilya Jackson, the court magistrate in Tarrant, was charged in April with possession of a having firearm inside a public building, a violation of state code.
