MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding Olijah Raul Hatcher.
Officials say Hatcher left the area of Hayfield Road in Theodore, and has not returned. His direction of travel is unknown.
