The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of Anton Agarov, 37, for issuing threatening messages and violating a Protection From Intimidation (PFI).
According to the department, officers received a report regarding a PFI violation on Sunday, August 3. The victim alleged that they received messages which included video and several threatening statements from a social media account which was believed to belong to Agarov.
