POMPANO BEACH — La Paella Chef, a South Florida catering company known for its authentic Spanish cuisine, marked a significant milestone Thursday with the opening of its first dedicated kitchen and storefront at 1428 E. Atlantic Boulevard.
The new space will allow the company to expand its catering services, serving corporate events, weddings, and private celebrations throughout South Florida.
Chef Dana Bass, the founder of La Paella Chef, was born and raised in Madrid. She has spent the past 12 years catering events from a shared commissary kitchen.
