PENSACOLA, Fla. — Three years after the Florida Department of Transportation spent $7 million to improve pedestrian safety along West Cervantes, the City of Pensacola is still trying to make improvements.
The city is spending $176,000 on a study to decide what else Cervantes, and other roads, need.
