After sitting empty for three years, the old Canandaigua YMCA is being transformed into a mixed-use hub with five tenants already signed, according to the Finger Lakes Times.
Developer Capstone Real Estate is bringing in a steakhouse, brewery, smoothie bar, event venue, and the Ontario County DA’s Office. The former pool and fitness areas are being repurposed, and construction is underway to open spaces by mid-2026.
