ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Two people were hospitalized after a crash Thursday evening on Rochester’s north side.
According to the Rochester Police Department, officers responded just before 5 p.m. to the area of Lake Avenue and Phelps Avenue for a report of a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
