Amarillo fire linked to New Mexico’s Most Wanted woman

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – A woman who is one of New Mexico’s most wanted fugitives is the person authorities say is responsible for a north Amarillo fire that caused $20,000 in damages.

A Potter County grand jury voted to indict 32-year-old Britney Encinias for arson today.
