The Ramsey County Attorney’s Office confirmed Friday it has received a case file involving a suspect who has been the focus of a White Bear Lake Police Department investigation.
White Bear Lake police have been investigating 22-year-old Kelvin Luebke since October after school officials allege he enrolled as a student at White Bear Lake Area High School, according to search warrant documents.
Ramsey County prosecutors are reviewing the police department’s file, but as of Friday afternoon, no charges have been filed and details on exactly what is being reviewed have not been shared…
