Something special is rolling through Cherokee Park this fall

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Crisp air, changing leaves, and a community ready to celebrate, Cherokee Park is calling.

Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg is inviting the community to a free, family-friendly hayride celebrating the beauty of fall in Cherokee Park on Sunday, Oct. 26, from 2 to 5 p.m.

Hosted by the Olmsted Parks Conservancy, the annual Hayride in the Park will feature guided rides around the park’s Scenic Loop, led by experts highlighting Cherokee Park’s history and points of interest. The event also includes local food trucks and a children’s Free Play experience featuring materials such as boxes, tunnels, and fabric to inspire imaginative play…
